The Client Log-In enables our clients to check the status of their transactions twenty four hours a day, seven days a week so they know when to expect to close. Clients can also view their contracts on line, anytime.

     Our law firm is prepared to handle the challenges presented by today's difficult economic times. Our vast experience with foreclosure and short sale transactions gives our real estate clients the best opportunity to successfully complete their transactions.

     Most of the real estate closings we handle are billed without a retainer. We charge a low flat fee which is not payable until you close. If the transaction does not close you owe us nothing.

     We also recognize how important it is to move quickly. When we represent sellers, contracts are prepared and sent out by email or fax within 24 hours. When we represent buyers, we immediatley review the contracts and arrange to meet with our clients to get the contracts signed.

     During the course of a year, we close hundreds of transactions and every kind of residential real estate closing, including single family homes, multifamily homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments and vacant land.
